Precise selection in the vineyard is achieved through double cluster thinning (green harvest) followed by hand harvesting. Additional selection occurs in the cellar prior to destemming and crushing. The fermentation process includes maceration lasting approximately 15 days. The wine is aged for 2 years in wooden barrels and an additional year in the bottle.

This wine is rich and complex, showcasing the exceptional characteristics of Barbera, enhanced by the ideal harmony between the grape variety and the soil.

Visual Assessment: The color is a deep and brilliant ruby red, with a hint of bluish violet, exhibiting significant viscosity.

Aroma Profile: It presents the classic notes of stewed fruit, raspberry, and red blueberry, complemented by a sweet, airy undertone that releases the trivalent alcohols.

Palate: The taste is savory, full-bodied, mineral, acidic, tannic, and enveloping.
