The low-yielding ancient vines produced exceptional quality during the harvest, which facilitated prolonged maceration—resulting in depth, texture, and complexity. A maturation period of 36 months contributed to diminishing oak sweetness while preserving freshness. The aromatic and fragrant bouquet presents notes of blood orange, cigar box, black cherry, and rose tea. The palate is luxurious, alluring, and vibrant, featuring a stony grip and an extended, mineral finish.
