Aperol is a bittersweet Italian aperitivo made from bitter and sweet orange, rhubarb, gentian, and a blend of herbs and roots at 11% ABV, while Bottega’s vintage Prosecco DOC is a Glera-led sparkling wine from the Veneto made by the Charmat method at 11% ABV.
Tasting Notes
Aperol leads with zesty orange and gentle herbal bitterness, while the Bottega Prosecco brings fresh apple, peach, and pear with fine bubbles. Combined in a Spritz, they deliver a bright, bittersweet, citrus-driven refresher.
Serve & Pair
