What’s Inside
The Glenfiddich Whisky Project brings together three Speyside single malts — Glenfiddich 12 Year Old, 15 Year Old Solera, and 18 Year Old (each 700ml) — as a guided vertical tasting from the world’s most awarded single malt distillery.
The Make
All three are Glenfiddich Speyside single malts: the 12 Year is matured in bourbon and sherry oak, the 15 Year is finished in a continuously replenished Solera vat first filled in 1998, and the 18 Year is aged in Oloroso sherry and American oak then small-batch married, each bottled at 40% ABV.
Tasting Notes
The 12 Year is fresh and fruity, with green apple, pear, and honey; the 15 Year is richer and silky, with honey, vanilla fudge, marzipan, and dark fruit; the 18 Year is full-bodied and layered, with baked apple, dried fruit, and warm spice. Tasted in sequence, they trace Glenfiddich’s house style growing in depth with age.
Serve & Pair
Taste in order from 12 to 18, neat or with a few drops of water; the set pairs with dark chocolate, aged cheese, and dried fruit.

Unique floral and peppery notes are released and a sweet, velvet, warm finish.Presented in smoky grey and gold – an evocative whisky for the discerning whisky drinker. Tasting notes: At full strength the smooth, warming flavour is centred around a delicious creamy spiciness.
