The Make
Clase Azul Reposado is made in the Los Altos highlands of Jalisco from organically grown Blue Weber agave, slow-cooked, double-distilled, and aged eight months in American whiskey oak, presented in a hand-painted ceramic decanter, bottled at 40% ABV.
Tasting Notes
The nose shows cooked agave, candied orange, toasted wood, vanilla, and hazelnut. The palate is silky and rich, with agave nectar, toasted hazelnut, and bittersweet chocolate over a long, warming, gently spiced finish.
Serve & Pair
Serve neat in a tulip glass to concentrate the aromas; it pairs with smoked cheese, bittersweet chocolate, and grilled lamb.
