The Make
La Chablisienne produces “Pas Si Petit” Petit Chablis in Burgundy from 100% Chardonnay grown on Portlandian limestone, vinified and matured in stainless steel on fine lees for six months at 12.5% ABV.
Tasting Notes
The nose is expressive and lightly flinty, opening to fresh lemon, grapefruit, and white flowers. The palate is energetic and tonic, with lively citrus and a clean mineral core over a fresh, saline finish.
Serve & Pair
Serve at 8–10°C; it is classic with oysters, seafood platters, and fresh goat cheese.
