The Make
Hendrick’s is distilled in small batches at Girvan, Scotland, by William Grant & Sons, combining spirit from a Bennett pot still and a Carter-Head still and finishing it with infusions of Bulgarian rose and cucumber, bottled at 41.4% ABV.
Testing Notes
The nose is fresh and floral, with rose petal and cool cucumber over piney juniper and citrus. The palate is silky and smooth, moving from gentle juniper and citrus into floral rose and cucumber, then a clean, cool finish.
Serve & Pair
Serve in a G&T garnished with cucumber rather than lemon, or in a Negroni; it suits light finger food and delicate seafood
