Vaglio Torrontes, Valle de Uco, Mendoza, 750mL

Vaglio is crafted from a meticulous selection of 100% Torrontés grapes sourced from high-altitude vineyards situated at the base of the Andes mountains in the stunning wine region of Valle de Uco, Mendoza, Argentina. This Torrontés showcases an aromatic and refreshing interpretation of the variety, featuring intriguing scents of citrus and tropical fruits, along with notes of white flowers. It possesses vibrant acidity, a subtly creamy texture, and concludes with a long, mineral finish.

The fermentation process occurs in stainless steel tanks using selected yeasts at temperatures ranging from 12-14ºC (54-57ºF). The wine is aged on its lees for three months to enhance its structure.
