Kraken Black Spiced Rum is a Caribbean rum from Trinidad and Tobago, made from molasses-based spirit aged one to two years and blended with up to 13 spices, bottled at 40% ABV.
Tasting Notes
The nose is dark and aromatic, with nutty vanilla, coffee, dark cherry, and spice. The palate is thick and sweet, with molasses, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg over charred oak and a warming, spiced finish.
Serve & Pair
Serve with cola and a squeeze of lime, or in a Dark and Stormy with ginger beer; it pairs with BBQ ribs, jerk chicken, and dark chocolate.
