For this extra-añejo offering, Avion has matured their spirit in traditional oak barrels for 43 months and then filled it into petite oak barrels for one further month – during which point the barrels are rotated daily.The result is a rich tequila with deep aromas of roasted agave and vanilla, complemented by light citrus. Flavors follow the aromas, but dried fruits, eucalyptus, and cinnamon are also present.
