Double Guyot pruning is employed. The agriculture practiced is both organic and biodynamic.

Cold maceration lasts for 6 days. Alcoholic fermentation occurs with indigenous yeasts for a duration of 10 days, followed by post-fermentation maceration for an additional 10 days. The aging process takes place over 12 months in oak barrels and terracotta jars.

For several decades, the Laurent family has been sharing its passion through the cuvees produced at Chateau l’Escart, which spans 37 hectares of biodynamically cultivated vines in St-Loubès. The Eden cuvee presents an enticing aroma of very ripe red fruits, complemented by quality aging; the palate is exceptional, and the tannins are silky.

Recommended food pairings include: Blanquette of veal • Skewers of lamb seasoned with cumin and coriander • Beef tartare.
