Chateau Perron Graves Cabernet Sauvignon France 750mL

In 1531, Jean de Pontac, the proprietor of Chateau Haut Brion, acquired this estate. Since then, Chateau Perron has gained a reputation for its red Graves wines. The current proprietors are the Guignard family.

The wine underwent a maceration period of 3 to 4 weeks, followed by 12 months of aging in oak barrels.

Color: A deep ruby hue with a purple rim.
Nose: The aroma is sweet, featuring fleshy and ripe notes of blackberry, cassis, and wild hedgerow. The finish is tight, accompanied by hints of burnt toast and roasted aromas.
Palate: The palate is well-structured, harmonious, and supple in texture, showcasing rounded black fruits complemented by fine tannins.

Food Pairing: It is recommended to open Chateau Perron 2 hours before consumption, pairing it with red meat or robust cheeses. Additionally, it can be aged for 8 to 10 years to serve alongside poultry, game, or exquisite cheeses.
