Pascal Reverdy produces an ultra-precise, concentrated Sancerre. The same strata of Kimmeridgian chalk that gives Chablis its classic zip surfaces in the Reverdy`s village, Maimbray. This 2020 is very pale gold, aromas being taut, with notes of honeysuckle – very fresh. The palate is intensely flavoured and expressive, with chalky minerality and a beautiful, fine texture. The finish is long and complete.
