This medium dry, light sparkling Rosé is predominantly made from Merlot, with a small amount of other local grape varieties. Produced in the Charmat method, the wine goes through a brief re-fermentation in pressurized stainless-steel tanks before bottling. Frizzante can have up to 3.5 bars of atmospheric pressure in the bottle, thus offering very gentle bubbles compared to Spumante.
This enticing Rosé show delicate, gentle bubbles with a lively, peach blossom-pink colour. On the nose, it shows delicate scents of pink grapefruit, raspberry and wild strawberry, which continue on the palate. Finishes with a fresh citrus note. Contains 20 grams per litre of residual sugar.
